Tobey's Tournament

Hello everyone,

I hope you and your family are doing well during this chaotic time.

I just wanted to give you a quick update on this year’s tournament. At this point, I am unsure if I will be able to have the event, but I am still hoping for one this May or June. It will all depend if it is safe enough to have the tournament, and because it is still a few months away, I can’t tell you as of now if it will be.

I will make sure to update all of you on the status of the tournament when I have a better understanding.

I hope you and yours are well and safe.

With COVID-19 still prevalent throughout society, unfortunately having a basketball tournament this fall is not an option. I wanted to remind you that all the donations from the canceled tournament are being held in a bank account. If you would like your donation returned, I would be more than happy to do so. If so, please email me separately and we can figure out the easiest way to return your donation.

I do plan on having a final tournament in May or June. If we do have the tournament, the donations that are not returned will be given to the Garden of Dreams Foundation after the completion of the tournament.

I will keep providing updates when new information arises regarding the final tournament.

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all are doing well and are staying safe. As you know, the decision regarding schools re-opening will be made in the next few weeks. Once that decision is made, I will have more clarity on this year's tournament in October or November.

If we are unable to have this year's tournament, I do plan on having my final tournament in May or June of this year. If last year's tournament cannot be rescheduled, you have the option of having your donation returned to you, or rolling the donation to the tournament in May or June.

Either way, I just want you to know how much I appreciate all of your support for my tournaments, and the children of New York City through the Garden of Dreams Foundation.

Hello Everyone,
Because of Covid-19, we have decided to push back the date of our tournament. We don’t know an exact date for the tournament as of right now, but the tournament will most likely occur in the fall.
