Tobey's 3rd Tournament
On Saturday, TBD, from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Trevor Day School (312 East 95th Street), I am hosting the Third Annual ‘Tobey’s Tournament’; a charity dedicated to helping children in need.
I created ‘Tobey’s Tournament’ to formalize my commitment to children by partnering with the Garden of Dreams Foundation. This foundation is a non-profit organization that works with The Madison Square Garden Company and MSG Networks, Inc. The organization positively impacts the lives of children facing obstacles such as homelessness, extreme poverty, illness, and foster care.
For my first tournament, I was awarded the Sweetwater Clifton Award at Madison Square Garden during halftime of a Knicks’ game last year. This award granted me $5,000, which I pledged back to the Garden of Dreams Foundation. The grand total I raised from the 1st tournament was $13,500. Last year (my second tournament), I raised over $17,000. My hope this year is to raise even more than both of those past tournaments.
With your help, I believe I can.
No amount is too big or too small. Even $25 would mean so much to me in my effort to raise money for the Garden of Dreams Foundation.
Alternatively, you can write a check to Tobey’s Helping Hand.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Sincerely,
Tobey Beyer
