Have access to the outdoors and a backpack? Want to raise awareness and get tools in action for first responder mental health? Consider the virtual ruck challenge for Hold The Line Services. Ruck 1 mile or 22, ruck for 20 minutes 6 hours straight, or 100 miles total over three months, it's your choice but it's all in the name of first responder and military mental health and awareness. Take a picture and post it to our Facebook, we would love to see how many we can get!
