John and I met our running group this morning to knock out some miles. Before our next round of treatment begins I want to be in tiptop shape. I am running a half marathon relay in two weeks and a 5k after that. Makes my heart proud to be able to do this. Look for opportunities to donate with two donate. One in January and one in February.
