Jesse had a public defender for the trial last May, but the public defender did not provide a competent defense. So, he got a private attorney and filed a motion for a retrial. Some of his friends have contributed for the hiring of the private attorney. The costs of mounting and for that reason we are trying to raise some money to help pay the costs to defend Jesse against this extremely political City Attorney who is prosecuting him hard for her own political reasons.
