Help for Casi

Casi had her final surgery this week. The neurosurgeons put her skull back together. Now we can focus on healing and rehabilitation. We expect her to be moved to a long term acute care facility soon.

Thank you all for your prayers and support. Casi has slept a lot the last few days. I’ve been told much healing happens during sleep and so I’m holding on to that. When she has been awake she’s been lifting her head off her pillow and holding it up for long periods of time. It’s a great sign of what’s happening in her brain.
