Thank you all for taking the time to read, share, and donate! After a little tech difficulty we should be able to receive funds on this site directly, but alternative payment methods are still welcome.

From Mak -- Kulot has already had the procedure and is home recovering. I had to pay with a credit card and my entire savings for the total bill of $7,138 CAD.
