I'm so thrilled to be expanding the mission of Soul Yoga and Wellness to include bringing more yoga and mindfulness into our Sonoma County community. As a single mother of two teenagers I have witnessed firsthand how the past 5 years have changed the landscape of education for both students and educators. I also know how impactful and important yoga has been for my own mental and physical well being, as well as for those in my yoga studio. I feel an urgency to bring these tools into public education (and more!). In order for this to be possible it will take a village, my village, YOU! Thank you for your support and care!
