Our newly formed Non-Profit closed escrow on this property in February 2024. We are in the process of applying for 501(c)(5) exemption status. There is no debt and the organization is entirely dedicated to agricultural / horticultural research. This includes cultivation methodologies, regional sustainable crop identification/allocation , affordable plant-ling production techniques, soil conditioning, water efficiency management, & potentially limited carbon capture systems. We are seeking funding to complete renovations on the workers housing, add fencing, install irrigation lines, and accommodate the local community for parking behind the High School sports fields. All research will be published and shared with educational institutions plus scientists. Additionally, yields from any/all crops will be donated or given for free to the local communities’ or restaurants, churches, and food banks. Please help us in our efforts to build a long-lasting real-time research facility dedicated to American agriculture and feeding a changing world. None of the donation proceeds will be spent until the campaign goals are fulfilled. Ergo, multiple campaigns over several years are expected. Thank you & always remember to stay humble.
