We are loosing our Apartment

Hello I'm Michael 53 and my wife Tracie 50 and one dog Dyson and my two children Savanna 11 and my son Mikey 15 are loosing our gov funding sec 8 housing on or before dec 22 2024 we have been here sents 2021 due to the owner selling this duplex my wife is in stage 4 kidney failure and my son has a lot of mental problems and and special needs and we are broke I'm disabled and so is my wife so we get one check a month and no other help from are wonderfully gov so we will end up on the streets with my sick wife and two kids and our dog we have no other family alive that will helps us my kids can't lose there school and if we end up on the streets we have the fear CPS will take our kids we are scared and don't know who or where to turn to so please help and God bless
