  • Mark Sebesta, who works at a polling place, was returning from lunch. He was excited to be part of the election process.

  • A man was blocking the entrance to the polling place and harassing voters. This man was preventing Mr. Sebesta from returning to his duties.

  • Mr. Sebesta told the man to move, but he refused. The man continued to block the entrance and even escalated to assaulting Mr. Sebesta.

  • Mr. Sebesta tried to force his way through. He was determined to get back to his job.

  • The man assaulted Mr. Sebesta until the police arrived. The man then acted as if he had been the one to call the police.
