As a managing cosmetologist and small business owner in the state of West Virginia, and losing my dad when I was thirty-five years old, I wanted to use my knowledge, skill, experience, and expertise to help people in a profound way that would also aid in the healing process of their personal energy frequency. It's a real thing, yeah.

Sadly it took my dad passing and a full decade later to realize how I should have helped him and took care of him while he was here.

I failed in that area, so my desire is to help others live longer, happy and healthier lives so they have more time on Earth with their loved ones. Holistic healing. Energy healing. Energetic aging. Reflexology.

My dad only had nine toes because he lost one of his big toes in an explosion at the oil refinery he worked at as a Welder for his entire adult life. It's meant to be that my specialty is almost heaven foot massages and haircuts because I started cutting my dad's hair when I was only fifteen years old. His hair and my older brother's hair because my dad always did recognize my talent, indeed.

Maybe had I knew to give foot massages and personal energy cleanses to my dad on a regular basis, he would have had more time to spend here, and I would not have to miss him so much.

But, I digress, everything happens for a reason, and so maybe for me to help the many, my dad had to go on home. I'm okay with that, and that's why I need help in making this dream and this local, small business and community business a success.

I need my first month's rent but I would like to pay the rent up for the entire year so I won't have to stress about paying the rent each month. I plan on being open six days a week and closed on Saturday. I will have operating hours from 10 AM to 10 PM Monday -Friday and 12 PM to 12 AM on Sunday because night owls are welcome, too. At night is when the glow room and the glowing firefly art shine their brightest so I offer evening and night sessions six days a week. In-shop or on-call mobile services are available.

I offer haircuts for kids because it's also my specialty for the last three decades and kids needs a place just for them where they are understood because that makes the haircutting process a lot easier and more comfortable for the child.

I still need to purchase various equipment, including a sign replacement for the street view sign in front of the shop. I need to market and advertise the healing center to the local community of Huntington, WV, and the surrounding Tri-State area.

I need to pay my first and second month's business rent and my first and second month's utility bills - which include gas, water, and electric.

I need to purchase business wi-fi/internet service - which is more expensive on a monthly basis than home internet service - with a $60.00 a month average bill.

I need to purchase products that I plan on selling in the healing center for purchase by my clients/customers - like copies of my published books on Amazon and my Slay Walking Sticks and Hydro Mists. As well, Hydroport Official hoodies and t-shirts. Blank canvases and paints to create new firefly artworks and paintings for sale, etc.

There's still a lot to be done and I need funds to be able to do it. I've tried all that I could on my own, but two, three, four...are stronger than one. I CAN'T do this on my own. I need help for my business to be a success. It will add a new place to the community that will aid in people's healing and general wellness. It's a safe and warm place where one is treated like a king or queen for an hour straight and cared for like they should be cared for every day. A home away from home that feels like almost heaven for all ten of your tiny toes!
