Help Makuyi get an autism safety dog

 Makuyi is 4 year old 4/17. He was Diagnosed with severe autism Oct 11th, 2012. He's non-verbal, with sensory issues. He likes to wander and avoids eye contact. He is bright and beautiful little guy who has been in therapy since he was 10 months old. He just began ABA therapy in January and has 3-4 therapists who come to the house for 3 hours a day. And he has a speech therapist every Wednesday too. We have seen so much progress in such a short time, though we still really worry about him wandering off or getting hurt/lost.  He doesn't respond to verbal commands or his name. His safety means the world to me so any donation helps. I started this fundraiser to be able to afford an autism service dog that is trained to work with his special needs and keep him safe.The dogs are specially trained for children with autism.  They are able to comfort a child during a melt down, block them from doorsways, interupt their stimming habits (which eventually stops them from stimming.) and they are trained to lay down if a child tries to wander away. The dogs are taught to remember the childs scent so if they do wander away, the dog can find them even miles away. They create a special bond with autistic children in their own special way which helps autistic kids build social skills.  I have linked some videos in the gallery if you would like to learn more.
