Boxx Magazine, an online music magazine where women are heard, is looking to take our publication to the next level. Founded in 2012 by music critic Selena Fragassi, we’ve served as the go-to source for women-focused music news, interviews, videos, and information after the departure of forerunner Venus Zine in 2010.In order to continue thriving and highlighting incredible emerging female talent in all genres of music, we need your help. We’re looking to raise money within the next four to five weeks in order to keep us going with a grant matching what we raise. Any contribution will help us immensely to help keep this great project going! Thank you!
About Boxx:
Our mission: To change the status quo of the music industry.
It is our goal to make Boxx not only the most comprehensive site for women in music but also the most encouraging site moving beyond barriers of genre, gender, age, race, or any other physical trait. Music is about more than an image. So please stay, hang out, discover, and share with your friends. Yes, you guessed it, females have two X chromosomes, so we added the extra X to our name.
