Shelter puppy with 2 severe cherry eyes needs help!

A sweet, 4 month old puppy we're calling Casper was surrendered to the McDowell County Animal Shelter this week. Casper has 2 "cherry eyes" that desperately need surgical repair, before it causes permanent damage to his eyes. The shelter is at MAX CAPACITY and the first animals to be euthanized could be the less adoptable ones, like Casper. Brother Wolf McDowell plans to pull this poor little pup when the shelter reopens this week, but we need to raise the funds to cover his surgery and other veterinary needs so we can help him. Casper came in with his brother, who was adopted the same day, yet Casper has almost no chance of being adopted due to his expensive surgical needs. We can help him, if you can help us!
