RIT National Team Goes To CUPSI 2015

Each year we as poets strive to make our voices heard. Last year the RIT national poetry slam team was able to raise over $1,800 with the support from some amazing people, donating everything from a dollar to $500. Going to Colorado last year was amazing, and this year we have a whole new group of poets who have never experienced CUPSI before! 

Last year we moved RIT up the ranks by ten places, and we are hoping to repeat that this year in Richmond, Virginia!

The money donated will be going toward:

• Registration fees: this year, registration is $575.
• Travel costs: we are conserving cost and driving down (9 hrs!) with an estimated $160 of gas and parking fees.
• Lodging: this one is a whopper! $1259.60 in hotel fees since there are no airbnb locations near by, and no cheaper options.

The giving levels are optional! You can donate however much or little that is right for you!

We won't be able to get there without you! Please help us out and donate as little or as much as you can! Help spread poetry and strengthen this powerful art form in the Rochester area.
