We are a Cuban family that has lived in Vietnam for many years. Eight years ago we adopted a small dog who eventually became part of our family. His name is Tom, a Vietnamese dog who was found abandoned on the street.

His love for us is incalculable and our love for him is also immense. In the month of July we traveled to the United States for a humanitarian parole, everything was coordinated with the airline for Tom to travel with us but at the last minute they informed us that since we were changing planes in Japan we could not take our dog, with a lot of pain.

We had to leave him at a clinic in Saigon and hire a pet shipping company so that they would not be transported to Miami, but the prices for this service are extremely expensive and beyond our means.

For us as part of the family, like another child, we feel that our life is not complete, we need our pet to feel truly happy and complete, may God put his hand in our hearts and bless each and every person who can help us and share this message, to all of you, eternal gratitude.
