Puppy and epilepsy Fund

I have a form of epilepsy that will grow more aggressive as I get older.  I have two young children, my son will be four this month and my daughter will be two in June. I am wanting a German Shephard due to their reputation of being a great service animal, family dog and protector.  What I need is to have a dog I can train to protect me and my children in case of a seizure in public. Parents worse nightmare is their children being kidnapped which is what I am hoping to avoid by getting a dog.  I can't always have someone with me when we go places my boyfriend works full time and things need to get done when they need to. I'd appreciate the help please and thank you from me and my family.  this is what I need for mine and my familys' safety.
