Pop-up Pollinator Gardens in Cities Across Kansas

Pop-up Pollinator Gardens in Cities Across Kansas

From Peyton Kessler

Pollinator pop-up gardens are simple conservation efforts that can help to return pollinators back to their populations by simple efforts such as adding small, native pollinator plants in your backyard or community.

We believe that conservation efforts don't have to be grand in size but rather one back yard at a time.  We provide pop-up pollinator gardens to various municipality areas, libraries, museums, parks and individual back yards.  The goal is to provide pollen, nectar and shelter resources for pollinator species for conservation efforts with a focus on native, pollinator species.

We would love to see a pop-up garden in every city across Kansas to support rising populations among the many beautiful pollinators in our gardens.  If everyone would host even one native pollinator in their yard, balcony, garden or city park, the declining population of pollinator species would make a significant comeback to the Midwest area.
