Introduction:
Hello, my name is Sheri Musick, and I am reaching out for support during a challenging time. On Mother's Day, my health took an unexpected turn when I experienced a severe gallstone flare-up, leading to gallbladder removal surgery. This has left me overwhelmed, both physically and financially.
My Story:
At 41, I was living my dream, working as a moving coordinator for senior citizens—a job I love. However, my first gallstone attack left me in agony for three days, marking the beginning of a difficult journey. Despite having been blessed with good health, I found myself unprepared for the medical and financial challenges that followed.
After multiple ER visits and a delayed enrollment with a primary care provider, I finally received the necessary surgery on August 16th. Unfortunately, the recovery process has been slow, and I am currently unable to work due to weightlifting restrictions.
The Impact:
The financial strain has been immense. I have lost my storage unit to auction, and I am struggling to afford basic necessities, including dog food. My van broke down in June, further limiting my ability to earn an income. I have borrowed from friends and family, but my debts continue to grow.
How You Can Help:
I am humbly asking for your support to help me get through the next five weeks of recovery. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference. Your generosity will go directly towards covering living expenses, medical bills, and essential needs during this time.
Thank You:
I am incredibly grateful for any help you can provide. Your support means the world to me and will help alleviate some of the stress and worry I am currently facing. I promise to pay it forward in the future and keep you updated on my recovery progress.
