Special Spirit –
The Learning Ranch, is an
all-inclusive animal paradise that encompasses the spiritual bond between
animals and humans. Our
animals need your support! We
accept donations of any size.
After Danny's Farm and Special Spirit ended the parthership all the farm animals still remain at the ranch. Glitter, Onyx, Mama-Pig and her
daughter Heartly were rescued from a kill pen in Texas. Our mini horses Jasper & Pixie, the Goats
along with our fancy alpacas, Rufus & Casper were donated and adopted. They all still need your support!!! Special Spirit is continuing the farm tours and still provide work opportunities
for our neurodiverse farmers.
Donations enters you into a raffle for a beautiful handcrafted alpaca quilt, made by Andi's mom. Andy loves being outdoors, riding and caring for our animals. Andy has been coming to the Farm for over 14 years! You go Andy!
Your generosity enables us to extend the neurodiverse
farm worker program, fund scholarships to underserved children to our programs; Walk & Talk horseback riding
program, Animal Assisted Activities & Learning, Reading at the Ranch Program, Art & Music Programs and much more....
The biggest chunk of our budget is spent on food, supplements & shavings. Due to gas prices the hay cost has skyrocket. Another large expense is veterinary and farrier cost.
