Parkinson's Foundation For Pops

I recently went through the loss of my grandpa. Knowing about his battles with Parkinson's Disease and researching more about the disease I felt the need to help in any way. I felt that God gave me this job because he knew I could do it. I researched events such as marathons or fundraises to help support this cause and I realized my grandpa was not the only one who had to fight this battle. I learned that in the United States alone about 50,000 people can be diagnosed with Parkinson's a year. From personal experiences I've noticed this disease is a tough battle to overcome. So, I said to myself, I can make a difference with the help of my family and a few of my friends to reach a goal. I wish to gain donations from supporters by the middle of January. Where is this money going to? Well I want reach (or at least try to) my goal and what ever amount I have donated I wish to donate it to Parkinson's Foundation. I feel that any amount of donations could help this foundation and bring about a cure for Parkinson's.
