The Ohio State chapter of the Student Academy of Audiology is raising money to donate to the Ohio State Speech Language and Hearing Clinic "Children's Hearing Aid Fund". This fund will help provide hearing aids to a child in need. Hearing aids can be costly to many families and are not always covered by insurance. A premium pair of hearing technology costs $5000.00 and would give a child access to the sounds in the world around them. When a child has the ability to hear, they have the ability to learn language and communicate with others. Please consider helping our chapter raise money to purchase a child with hearing loss a pair of hearing aids!
