How my project will be helpful and why it is needed:
Currently, all drum major stands and the marching band podium are stacked in an area that is outside of the school building when not in use. This exposes this equipment to the weather and leads to its rusting. My project will provide a covered place to store the mentioned equipment, extending its useful life by many years while allowing the band easy access to it.
