Late in 2012, Jeani was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). She applied to be in a stem cell study at the Mayo Clinic and was accepted. Jeanie and family made the first trip to Rochester, Minnesota in November of this year to harvest some stem cells. Jeanie and family will be returning to Mayo in February for a 2 month stay where she will receive stem cell injections every week. The hope is that these stem cell injjections will allow healing in her brain and spine. We have rented a furnished home for the two months for Jeanie and her caregivers. If you would like to pay for one night or more, the cost for the house and utilities are approximately $105.00 per night. HTere have been all kinds of additional costs associate with this stay so your help is appreciated.
