I'm raising money to buy a new laptop for school and to work on my drawings. It's really hard to do anything on my laptop now because of the age and how it only powers on in safe mode. Anything helps

ALL of the funds are going towards a windows 10 Toshiba laptop. I've checked the price on amazon to know that was the cheapest I could get it for. My laptop now is a windows vista and it only powers on in safe mode. I've taken it to a pawn shop to get it fixed and spent my own money for it when I was better off getting a new one. When it starts up it can't be plugged in or it wont boot. On top of that, the cord itself is busted but I need to get my homework done so I make the best of it. In my spare time I usually draw and I used to use a drawing application that no longer works on my laptop so I can't get further in pursuing my drawing skills.
