To our valued friends and patrons,
I am reaching out to you on behalf of Hill Top Cafe for assistance with fundraising efforts in our battle with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Donations will be used to pay existing penalties and legal fees (over $28,000 this year alone), help offset lost revenue resulting from forced limited business hours and bolster lobbying efforts through dedicated advertising and PR campaigns. They will also help to offset the loss of revenue and hardship to our loyal employees.
We will remain open until Governor Abbott decides and (hopefully) responds in favor of Hill Top so that we can resume full time operating hours with no limits on capacity.
We hope that you will help us amplify our message so that it might reach the ears of our fellow Texans, the governor and state officials, by donating on our Fundly page.
Thank you for your consideration and support. Go to our website or Social media pages to learn more.
