help with a fresh start for me and my dogs

I quit my job a year ago to help my drug addicted cousin. He needed help running his company and raising his kids after his wife and him broke up. He relapsed so I quit my job and left with the help of my sister in law to go get him in the east coast and bring him back home. Well its taken a year for him to get clean. With a lot of blood, sweat and LOTS of tears along with tough love hes now clean once again for now. But we lost his company because he used every penny he had to buy drugs so  since I quit my job to work with him in his company  I had to use my savings to support my family and his teen daughter I took in. Now I have no money and even though Ive applied to hundreds of jobs and no prospects Im done. I need to leave this city for a fresh start but since I have no money and no savings I desperately need help. I am selling what little furniture I have as I dont need much to live with once I move. I am a minimalist. But I need to be able to find a home in the next month so I can start fresh January 1st. Myself, my special needs dog and puppy need to leave this toxic place ASAP
