Help w/ Surgery, School Loans, and Transportation

I've been a legal adult for a whopping six months, and in that time span I graduated early, started college, had to drop out 2 days after the refund deadline, so I owe the university 800, and I owe about 3k in my federal loans, from a single semester of online. I had a job I loved, but it underpaid and then me along with all my coworkers and my boss lost said job very recently. On top of that me and my friend are trying to get our apartment together before September but I need to get a car before that, so thats another expense, then on top of that I have to fund a surgery thats several thousand because my doctor's office said the insurance will only cover the consult not the procedure, which is another great thing on my plate. I do have another job lined up but it doesn't pay nearly enough, and the second I get my car I plan on getting a second job + doordashing any minute I'm free, but I need the money to get the car in order to do that, hence me being here. I don't like handouts, I don't like asking for money, I'm too prideful to suck it up and ask for a 5$ half the time unless I absolutely need it, and half the time I ask someone for money I pay them back plus an extra five or ten bucks because I'm just that kind of person who cannot stand receiving handouts. But I'm desperate, and both me and my friend are stuck in homes that aren't the greatest, and while she's moving in with me and my mother, I'm still stuck here with a mother who makes me feel like I'm crazy and like I am always in the wrong over the littlest things and I need to get out, I don't want our september deadline to change because of me, so here I am, asking for help.
