I started sewing when I was given my first sewing machine at 8 years old. During the last couple of decades, I've dabbled in sewing everything from quilts to receiving blankets to framed art pieces. Over the past few years, I have been working on creating a business that those of all ages can enjoy! It started during the pandemic when I was working from home. I started by selling fabric online, getting just a couple of bolts at a time. My hope was to turn this business into something that I could do full time and not have a regular J.O.B. I was able to find a building to rent in a neighboring town and obtained quite a bit of inventory including items already made and fabric to make items. In the last few months, I have been able to work out of a much bigger building to expand not only the items that I have already been selling but expand on other services as well. I offer custom embroidery services and also make custom advertising pieces, such as shirts, sweatshirts and hats! To further my services more, I have been able to take over the lower part of my current building where I will be able to offer sewing classes, crafting classes and retreat services to those near and far! Of course, all of this expanding will require additional resources. I am looking for those who would be willing to help me in obtaining funds for electrical work, finishing work, tables, chairs and other items to be able to offer the services that I have the space to do.
