These past months have been devastating. Back-to-back hurricanes tore through our lives, leaving destruction in their wake. Our CEO, Sonny Flynn, lost her home and everything in it. At the rescue center, we’ve battled roof leaks, slab damage, and wind-shredded solar panels.
Through it all, we’ve taken on nearly 200 animals—giving them a safe place after the loss of the Alligator & Wildlife Discovery Center. Each one depends on us for food, care, and love. But now, we’re facing our own battle.
Visitor numbers have dropped as our community struggles to rebuild, and without urgent support, we may lose our new facility. The funds raised will go directly toward:
✅ Rent for the rescue center ✅ Food and supplies for nearly 200 animals ✅ Repairs to the roof, slab, and solar panels ✅ Keeping our doors open to continue education and conservation efforts
