Hi, I’m Pámela, and I’m on a journey to build a life in music and theater. For years, I worked in corporate consulting, navigating high-pressure environments in multinational companies. But after facing burnout and being diagnosed with anxiety and depression, I realized that music wasn’t just a passion—it was my anchor, my emotional stability, and the one thing that truly made me feel alive.
Now, I’m taking a leap of faith to pursue my dreams. I’ve started intensive German lessons in Munich to prepare for a career in music and theater in Germany. My first big step is a summer program at Berklee College of Music, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to refine my skills and connect with the industry. However, this path comes with major challenges.
I’m unable to work while I study full-time, and my family’s situation in the U.S. remains deeply uncertain as they navigate the asylum process. Returning to Peru is not an option due to the growing insecurity and crime. Through it all, I have always supported my family, and I want to continue doing so while building a future where music can be my profession and purpose.
