Help Marcy Finish Her Degree and Heal After a Life-Changing

Hi everyone, my name is Marcy, and I’m a Political Science student in New York City with a dream to create policy changes that build a better and fairer world. I’ve always been passionate about making a difference through government and law, and my long-term goal is to attend law school and fight for justice and equality.

Unfortunately, last year my journey was put on hold when I was hit by a car while walking to work. This accident left me facing physical injuries and emotional hardship—and because of it, I was unable to continue working to support my education. Without the ability to work, I fell behind on my tuition payments and now have a student balance that is preventing me from registering for the final classes I need to graduate.

Despite everything, I’ve kept pushing forward. I’ve been working hard to recover physically and financially, but I can’t do it alone. My family lives outside the U.S. and cannot help financially. As an immigrant student, I am ineligible for most loans and have limited access to financial aid.
