God Has Called Our Son To The Mission Field

Last year Matthew took a huge leap of faith and with a few dollars he had in his pocket that day, he signed himself up to go on his very first missions trip to Peru, Colombia and Chile. While he was their he helped in building a church for the locals, help spread God's love and established a strong connection to the kids in the villages he visited. Matthew would like to return this summer  to the mission fields and continue in God's work.-Luke 10:2. Thank you in advance for your support and may God richly bless you.

 Below is Matthew's letter 

Dear friends and family,

I would like to share with you an amazing opportunity God has given me! I have decided to serve God on the mission field again this summer. I will be returning to South America for sixteen days. I have prayed and thought a lot about this and I know God has called me to take a step of faith and make this my number one priority this summer.

During July 14-31, I will be going to Chile, Columbia and Argentina with the high school ministry at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs.  Our mission will focus on sharing God’s Word by being the hands and feet of Jesus with the goal of spiritual transformation and growth of the local community and team members. 

God has given me this opportunity to minister with Calvary Chapel Golden Springs, but I do not want to go without the prayers of my family and friends. Your prayers for me will mean a great deal.

As you can imagine, a trip like this requires financial support from a number of people.  In order to go on this mission trip I need to raise $2,500 by July 07, 2014. Please support me as we follow God's leading in our ministry in South America.
