Empowering African Scholars: Unlocking Global Education

We supported four (4) students last year and one of them successfully transitioned to the US this year. At Afani Foundation, we are dedicated to providing bright, exceptional students from low-income families in underserved Sub-Saharan African communities with the chance to pursue higher education in the U.S. Many of these talented students face financial challenges that limit their ability to apply to colleges abroad. By contributing to this campaign, you can help transform lives and make dreams a reality.

Our Mission:Our mission is to level the playing field for deserving low-income students from underserved communities by equipping them with the resources needed to pursue global education. We want to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent these talented individuals from accessing top-tier educational opportunities in the U.S. and beyond.

Funds Allocation:The funds raised will cover essential expenses, including:

• Sevis $350
•  Visa $160
• ] Flight $1300
•  SAT Exam $100
• SAT prep and Books $350
•  Passport $60
•  Data Support $50
• Transportation $180
•  Application fees $250
•  College application prep (reviewing essays, recommendation letters, common app $1000
• Settling down Stipend $200
•              Total $4000 per student 

We aim to raise $20,000 to support the four selected Anfani Scholars. This will provide them with the resources needed to take steps toward their dream of studying in the U.S.
