Carrissa's Volleyball Journey

When Carrissa entered middle school, she discovered something she came to love: the game of volleyball. She was immediately excited about it and eager to play. The first time she tried out, however, she didn’t make the team. She was heartbroken over this but we encouraged her to keep striving and improving. The following year, she tried out again—and this time, she made the team. Her love for the sport grew even more. Since middle school, she has pursued volleyball with a lot of passion, hard work, dedication and commitment. When she went on to high school, she made the Junior Varsity team in high school and later moved up to Varsity, where she performed exceptionally well; she continuously worked on improving her skills with clinics, private lessons and even with us taking her to a court to get some practice in.  She was selected to be a member of her local community club but with club comes the expense of being a part of such.  We are seeking help on fundly.com to make her dream of being a part of this club a reality and a dream come through for our daughter, Carrissa.
