I am a recent cancer survivor giving back to chemo patients providing them with comfort items to help get them through their treatments that were gifted to me when I was going through treatments. Thank you for your gift!

When I was going through chemo last year I noticed many people coming in for treatment that didn’t have anything to comfort them during their chemo. The chemo ward is cold, the chairs are not the most comfy, and so I wanted to provide things that I brought every time I went to treatment that helped me get through the day. I had a blanket, a hat because I had no hair, socks, chapstick, a water bottle and comfy clothes while I sat in the chair for 7 hours. The littlest things meant the most and now that I am on the backside and a survivor, I want to give back as a way to show my gratitude to God for giving me a second chance at life! This is on my heart to make sure everyone taking chemo knows they are not alone and can be comforted while dealing with such a mentally and physically challenging journey. I would appreciate your support so I can do more in my community and further!
