As an author, I am known as R.C. Gilbert. But, to my students I am known as Mr. Ross. Last year, I taught 7th grade at Dr. Manuel Lopez Academy in Oxnard. Seeking. For a number of reasons, my wife and I relocated to Scotts Valley last Summer. I am currently teaching at San Lorenzo Valley Middle School. My students at both schools have been nothing less than amazing. I would like to give back to both school communities by doing a fundraising ride for them. The funds will go toward literacy and mental health services. I know both schools can use such funds to improve learning and services for their students.
