Whether you’ve connected with me through my music at www.jadmehanna.com or my work in psychology and coaching at www.jadmehannacoaching.com, you’ve become a cherished part of my extended family.

I’m writing to you with open honesty and deep vulnerability. I’ve always shared my soul with you through music, guidance, and heartfelt words. Today, I need to speak to you not just as a creator, but as a human in pain, asking for your help.

For over two decades, I’ve been living with the consequences of a herniated disk that began when I was just 19 after a serious fall. Despite years of physiotherapy, osteopathy, stretching, and pushing through the pain, my condition worsened after another incident two years ago.

Sitting long hours to compose, coach, and support others—something I’ve always done with passion—has led to two full-blown herniated disks at L5-S1, now pressing heavily on my sciatic nerve. I am barely able to walk, and the pain has become excruciating and unbearable.

Surgery is now urgent and unavoidable. The total cost is $4700, of which I’ve managed to gather $3000. I humbly need $1700 more to proceed.

If 170 of you contributed just $10, or 400 people gave even $4 or $5, I could reach this goal and finally get the care I need. I truly believe in the power of community and shared kindness—we are, after all, one soul in many bodies.
