Empowering Disabled Veterans Through Adaptive Motorsports
Our Mission
The Resilience Racing Foundation is dedicated to advancing
adaptive motorsports technology and delivering the proven therapeutic benefits
of racing to disabled veterans through competitive motorsports.
How Your Support Helps
Your donation directly fuels life-changing opportunities for
disabled veterans by supporting:
- Adaptive
Motorsports Programs across road racing, off-road racing, kart racing,
and sim racing.
- Research
& Development of innovative hand controls and adaptive
technologies that allow veterans to compete on equal footing with
non-disabled racers.
- Access
to Equipment & Events, ensuring no veteran is sidelined due to
financial or physical barriers.
Our Programs
Road Racing
We help disabled veterans earn competition licenses, train
as drivers and crew, and compete in endurance races. Each veteran’s path is
personalized, focused on long-term empowerment. Our race teams demonstrate that
injuries don’t define limits—resilience, skill, and determination do.
Off-Road Racing
From hand-controlled UTVs to custom racing quads designed
for amputees and mobility-impaired riders, this program gives veterans the
chance to compete in some of the most challenging environments while advancing
innovation in off-road accessibility.
Racing-Specific Hand Controls
We provide safe, affordable, and race-ready hand control
systems for paralyzed and lower-limb amputee veterans. Whether on the track or
in a simulator, we offer hands-on training and support so every veteran can
participate confidently—regardless of injury or income.
eSports / Sim Racing
Our adaptive sim racing platforms help veterans build
skills, confidence, and community—no matter their location. We offer access to
specialized hand-control simulators and loan equipment to veterans who
otherwise wouldn’t have access.
Karting (Launching 2025)
Our grassroots karting program introduces disabled veterans
to the fundamentals of racing through hand-controlled karts. It’s a safe,
high-energy entry point into motorsports and an ideal way to discover new
passions.
Why It Matters
Over 500,000 post-9/11 veterans live with service-connected
disabilities. Many face challenges in finding purpose, connection, and a
renewed sense of mission in civilian life. Motorsports offer all three—and
more.
No veteran should be left behind due to lack of
access or adaptive technology.
With your support, we’re breaking barriers—on the track and in life.
Right Now: Help Us Compete in the 2025 Veterans Race of
Remembrance
We’re currently raising funds to field two cars in the
inaugural Veterans Race of Remembrance (VRoR), taking place Veterans
Day weekend—November 7–9, 2025—at VIRginia International Raceway.
This USAC-sanctioned event is poised to become a landmark in
North American motorsports. It features a 12-hour multi-class endurance race
and a moving trackside Remembrance Day ceremony to honor those who
served.
With your help, we plan to enter:
- One
car for disabled drivers using hand controls
- One
car for disabled drivers who do not require hand controls
- Both
supported by a veteran-led pit crew
This is more than a race. It’s a mission—a powerful
demonstration of what disabled veterans can achieve when given access,
opportunity, and support.
Help Us Cross the Finish Line
Donate today to support our effort to field two fully
adaptive race teams in this historic event—and show the world the strength,
resilience, and capability of our nation’s veterans.
